Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
This policy covers hellojuno.io, the website for Juno, a wedding-planning workspace for professional wedding planners. It explains what information this site collects while you browse and what happens to it. The Juno app itself runs on its own subdomain and has its own privacy policy; this page covers only the website you are reading now.
Who we are
Juno is built by Juno Labs LLC, which operates hellojuno.io and decides how the data described in this policy is used. For anything related to your data, write to privacy@hellojuno.io.
What this site collects
The site has no accounts and no forms of its own. You can read every page without giving us your name, email, or any other personal detail. While you browse, we collect usage analytics: which pages you view, which links, buttons, tabs, and other controls you interact with, the page that referred you here, your browser and device type, and your approximate country (derived from your IP address). This data is pseudonymous rather than anonymous: the events are linked to a random identifier instead of your name or contact details, and we do not use them to build a profile of who you are.
Analytics and cookies
We use PostHog, an analytics service, to process the events above. The data is stored on PostHog's servers in the United States. PostHog sets a cookie and uses browser storage to hold that random identifier, so that repeat visits count as the same returning visitor. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not follow you across other websites, and we do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
We also collect error reports (details of a script failing in your browser) so we can fix problems with the site. We do not record your screen or your session.
If your browser sends the "Do Not Track" signal, this site's analytics are disabled for you automatically.
Services you choose to use
Two buttons on this site lead to services run by other companies: joining the waitlist opens a Tally form, and booking a demo opens a Google Calendar scheduling page. Anything you submit there, like your name and email, reaches us through those services and is also governed by their privacy policies. We use what you submit only to contact you about Juno. The site is served by Cloudflare, which may process IP addresses in server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Your choices
You can block analytics entirely with a browser content blocker, or by turning on "Do Not Track". The site works fully without analytics. You can also write to privacy@hellojuno.io to ask what data we hold about you or to ask us to delete it.
Changes to this policy
When our practices change, we will update this page and adjust the date at the top. Questions are always welcome at privacy@hellojuno.io.
